Delivery & Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders placed on wavytalk-sy.com are delivered. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Delivery coverage

We deliver across Syria through trusted local delivery partners. Some remote areas may take longer depending on courier access.

2. Delivery times

Orders are confirmed with you on WhatsApp (or by phone) and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days depending on your governorate. Times are estimates and may be affected by courier availability, roads, weather or public holidays.

3. Delivery fee

A flat delivery fee applies to every order and is shown at checkout before you confirm.

4. Cash on Delivery

All orders are paid in cash to the delivery driver when your order arrives. Prices are in US dollars; any amount shown in new Syrian pounds is an approximate guide. You can pay in US dollars or Syrian pounds.

5. Failed or refused deliveries

If a delivery is refused without a valid reason, or the address or phone number is incorrect, the order may be cancelled. Repeated refusals may prevent future orders.

6. Damaged or wrong items
